    The traffic jam on Ellice Avenue at the intersections of St. James and Empress Street is notorious at rush hour, Blue Bomber home games, weekends and the Christmas shopping season and as well during winter storms. If I'm going to Polo Park, Canad Inns, the stadium or Silver City, I should avoid St. James Street or Empress Street because there's lot of traffic jams at the intersection of Sargent, Ellice, St. Matthews, Maroons or Silver. I will have to go to Route 90 and turn left to Silver Avenue instead of going St. James or Empress to get in to that area on time.
