This cemetery was established in 1812, when the first Selkirk Settlers died and needed burial. The parish was established in 1820 with the arrival of the first priest from England, the Rev. John West, CMS, from the Church of England. The Cathedral Church of St. John the Evangelist continues as a vibrant parish community, with care of the cemetery as part of its mandate.

Although slightly different, I just had the same experience as Michael. I stopped to grab a bite at the McDonalds at the Dominion shopping centre and realized that my kids had emptied my wallet as they often do. I left the lot to hit the bank machine as there is not one at the centre. Came back had breakfast at McDonalds and found my Impark ticket on my car. I checked the signage and it states that cutomer parking only (I was a Mcdonalds customer)with a 3 hour max (I was parked for 45 minutes). There is no mention that you are not allowed to leave the lot. I posed this argument to Impark and was told that it is implicit in the signage. If I could prove that I was at McDonalds, they 'might' have listened to me. Like most others I don't keep my McDonalds bills so I couldn't prove I was there. Like Michael I will no longer shop at any of the businesses in this centre. If Impark keeps up their good work, I am sure that the managers of the mall will be impressed. There will no longer be any parking issues as there will no longer be any customers.

Recently I was at your mall however prior to shopping at the mall I dropped off medical info at the At. Boniiface clinci when I returned to the mall my wife and I went to pet valu where my wife gets the dog food all the time as she works right near there I also went shoppers drug mart to get my aerius pills for my sllergies and when we came back to our vehicle ther was a ticket on our car for leaving the parking lot while we were parked there. I can understand that if I was parked ther for a great length of time but I am not impressed to go shopping in your mall just to get a $31.00 ticket. When I phoned inpark they told me that it was not allowed to leave he lot. I have shopped alot in this city and never have I been told that I am a prisoner on a parking lot. Needless to say we will not be shopping at your lot ever again and I have instructed my wife to go elsewhere for the dog food and the dollat store she likes so much. Thank you for your service.

I totally disagree. Maple Leaf school is a great school with amazing staff and a fairly new play structure. The school has a bright cheery atmosphere with children's artwork displayed everywhere! My daughter is in grade 6 and we will miss this school greatly.

I am writing to protest the closing of the jayset store in Parry Sound, Ontario. This is a wonderful store with a great staff and carries a super line of affordable, quality clothing. Won't you reconsider? There is only one other ladies wear store in this town and it is so very expensive, I can't afford to shop there. I have shopped at Jayset since it opened here and will miss it a lot. Hoping you will change our decision. Sincerely, Jean Kitchen,--a faithful jayset shopper.
Your other locations are too far away to get to.

It's renovated in 2012 under new management. Looking good.
But the caretakers (call themselves as Managers) are not good. Not helpful, do not communicate properly, act in an unfriendly manner. Avoid this place if you can.
